• Milestone Invoicing: Custom engineering builds typically follow milestone disbursements: 30% upon project kickoff and architectural sign-off, 30% upon frontend and backend feature completion, and 40% upon comprehensive QA testing, client acceptance, and cloud deployment.
• Payment Channels: Invoices are settled out-of-band via electronic wire transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), international SWIFT wire, or authorized corporate payment gateways. We do not store credit card credentials on this website.
• Payment Deadlines: Invoices are payable within the net terms stipulated in the applicable SOW (typically Net-7 or Net-14 business days). Work on subsequent phases is contingent upon timely settlement of completed milestones.
• Taxes & Duties: All service quotes exclude applicable statutory taxes (such as Indian Goods and Services Tax [GST] at 18% or regional withholding taxes) unless explicitly noted as tax-inclusive.

Intellectual property rights are strictly partitioned between our public website assets and custom client deliverables:

Clients retain 100% sole ownership of all text, logos, product imagery, business data, and proprietary specifications provided to Neu Apex Infotech for project development.

You acknowledge that the availability, uptime, pricing, and API rate limits of third-party platforms are governed by their respective vendor terms of service. Neu Apex Infotech is not liable for disruptions, billing changes, or outages caused directly by third-party hosting providers or external platform policies.

Except as expressly stated in a signed project SOW, this website and its informational content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Specifically:

Note for International Clients: For foreign cross-border engineering contracts, our master service agreements can incorporate mutually agreed international arbitration rules (such as SIAC or ICC) as stipulated in the client’s specific SOW.

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at our discretion. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued access to the website after published changes signifies acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full legal effect.
